By using RemoteDXB, NeverApply, or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Kasovy LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA) builds and runs RemoteDXB and NeverApply. Consultancy engagements are arranged separately and aren’t governed by these terms.

Give accurate information, keep your password safe, and understand that you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use our products.

Don’t use the products to break the law; don’t misrepresent yourself or anyone else, including putting false information in applications; don’t scrape, overload, or abuse the service; and don’t try to break, probe, or interfere with it (outside of good-faith security research — see Security).

NeverApply reads postings, tailors your documents, and submits applications — and, where relevant, spends — on your behalf. By using it, you authorize it to do so within the rules and spending cap you set.

• You’re responsible for the rules you set and for the accuracy of the documents and information you provide.
• Every action is logged and billed with a receipt.
• You can pause or revoke that authorization at any time.
• We don’t control employers’ decisions and can’t guarantee interviews or offers.

We review listings and verify employers before they go up, but we can’t guarantee every role or employer, or the outcome of any application. If a listing looks wrong, tell us and we’ll look into it.

Prices are shown before you buy. Charges are itemized and stay within the limits you set. Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

You keep ownership of the content you give us — résumés, letters, and the like. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

We own the products, their brand, and this site. Please don’t copy or reuse them beyond your normal use of the service.

The products are provided “as is.” We work hard to make them reliable, but we don’t promise employment, interviews, or any particular result.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

You can stop using the products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or where we need to protect the service or other people.

We may update the products and these terms. We’ll post changes here and change the date above; for material changes, we’ll give notice. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be handled in its courts — except where the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived.
