This policy is from Kasovy LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA) and covers our two products — RemoteDXB and NeverApply — and this website. If anything here is unclear, email hello@kasovy.com and we’ll explain it plainly.

• Account. Your name and email, and a password we store hashed — never in plain text.
• Profile & documents (NeverApply). Your résumé, cover letters, job preferences, and the rules you set for the agent.
• Job-site access (NeverApply). Where you ask it to apply. Any credentials you give it are stored encrypted and used only to act for you — see Security.
• Payments. Handled by our payment provider. We keep billing records — amounts, dates, and an itemized log of what was charged — but not your full card number.
• Usage. If you accept the optional analytics cookie, basic visit counts. We also keep short-lived server logs to keep the service secure.

To run the products and, for NeverApply, to apply on your behalf within your rules. We process your documents to tailor applications for you — we don’t sell them, and we don’t use them to train general-purpose AI models. We also use data for support, billing, security, and to meet our legal obligations.

• With employers and job sites when NeverApply submits an application you authorized — that’s the job.
• With trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email) under contract, only as needed to run the service.
• When the law requires it.
• We never sell your personal data.

One optional analytics cookie, set only if you accept it. Decline and nothing non-essential is stored — the essentials needed to run the site remain. You can change your choice any time by clearing it in your browser.

• See, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — from your account, or by emailing hello@kasovy.com.
• Pause or stop NeverApply instantly. Deleting your account removes your data, except records we’re legally required to keep.
• Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights — email us and we’ll help you exercise them.

While your account is active, and for a limited period afterward — unless the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, financial records).

Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, email us and we’ll remove it.

If we update this policy, we’ll post it here and change the date above. For material changes, we’ll give you notice before they take effect.
